1. Services

lorainesanchez.com provides online English language instruction, including private sessions and group classes.

All services are educational in nature and designed to support English language development.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for students under 18.

  • By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

3. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment secures your place in the program and must be made in advance.

  • Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or loss of your reserved spot.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance and held at consistent weekly times.

  • Students are expected to attend regularly for best results.

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable and not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • For private sessions, at least 24-hour notice is required to request rescheduling.

  • Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a missed session.

  • Group classes cannot be rescheduled.

6. Withdrawals

  • A 14-day written notice is required to cancel enrollment.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months after billing has occurred.

7. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • This includes missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or early withdrawal.

8. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Be respectful and attentive during sessions

  • Participate actively

  • Follow instructions provided by the instructor

  • We reserves the right to remove any student who disrupts the learning environment. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for:

  • Having a stable internet connection

  • Access to a device capable of participating in online sessions

  • Logging in on time for scheduled classes

  • We are not responsible for missed sessions due to technical issues on the student’s end.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, lesson plans, and content provided are the property of lorainesanchez.com and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages

  • Technical disruptions beyond our control

  • Outcomes related to individual learning pace or performance

12. Privacy

  • Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on how your information is handled.

13. Changes to Terms
